We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking. 

You agree to comply with all contractual obligations associated with the booking.

If you submit comments, messages, reviews, music requests, or any user-generated content (“User Content”), you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, display, publish, modify, and distribute such content.

We reserve the right to remove User Content at our discretion.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

DJ Swiss_T Entertainment

This policy describes how refunds and cancellations are handled for bookings made with DJ Swiss_T Entertainment.

 

1. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of [25 %] is required  One (1) month in advance to secure your event date.

Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

 

2. Cancellations by the Client

If you cancel:

30+ days before event: Deposit is refundable; no additional fees.

15–29 days before event: Deposit is refundable; no additional fees.

0–14 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable; no additional fees (Unless due to emergency or reasonable cause).

 

3. Cancellations by DJ Swiss_T Entertainment

If we must cancel due to emergency or circumstances beyond our control:

You will receive a full refund, including deposit.

We will make reasonable efforts to help you find another DJ if possible.

 

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.

Deposits may transfer to the new date if given at least 14 days’ notice.

 

5. Refund Method

Refunds (when applicable) will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.

 

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Power outages
  • Venue issues
  • Pandemics
